In the same vein as COVER 1, Marie C Dorner has dreamt up a cover which fits its structure like a glove, a skin even. COVER, divested of its winter covering, becomes UNCOVER. A light, compact all-foam settee which is easy to use, and just as easy to move : freedom ! CONSTRUCTION An assembly of varying densities of high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam and polyether foam (base). Frame of footstool in 3-layer particleboard, with black polypropylene gliders. COMFORT Structure in high resilience Bultex foam (36kg/m3 – 2.7 kPa, 38 kg/m3 – 3.6 kPa). Base in polyether foam (28 kg/m3 – 4.8kPa, 34 kg/m3 – 6.4 kPa). Core of settee armrests in molded foam, density 42 kg/m3 – 48 kPa. The entire structure is clad in 110 g/m² polyester quilting. Settees are equipped with a feather-filled cushion (15 3/4” x 15 3/4” – 40 cm x 40 cm) as standard, covered in the same covering material/color as the main cover, but without the stitched motif. This cushion is also priced separately should more be required. MAKING-UP Only stretch fabrics may be used. Fully removable covers. IMPORTANT : when the model UNCOVER is upholstered in ARDA or CAPA there is no transversal seam on the rear of the back.
